ABOUT SHERYL
I have always had a love of homes and interior design. Over the years I spent much of my free time being an open house groupie and student of home re-design.
On many occasions I have been asked to assist my friends, family and acquaintances with the purchase of their home or furnishings and accessories in addition to decorating and re-design advice.
In 2002 I decided to take my passions to the next step and became a licensed realtor. I soon recognized the importance of that first impression and the associated requirement of properly preparing a home for sale in order to sell it fast, for maximum dollars and with less stress!
In 2004 I became accredited as a Staging Professional and since then have been offering my Staging services complimentary to my clients.
In 2005 I became certified as a Canadian Staging Professional.

CONSULTATION
As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) I will use a proven system to evaluate your home's market appeal both indoors and out. Following the one to two hour walk–through I will complete a detailed report outlining my suggestions for changes on how to highlight your homes best features. You may feel free to follow-through with these recommendations on your own.

MOVE-IN MAKEOVER:

Reinvent your space using what you already have! Staged® To Sell will makeover one or more rooms in your home simply by rearranging, refining your belongings and other simple cost-effective ideas on how to make the most out of you already own.
VACANT PROPERTY STAGING:
